Process booking cancellations with ease and initiate refunds as per your policy. Maintain transparency and compliance by logging all transactions and downloading relevant reports.
Navigating to a Booking Record
You can access the Booking Summary Page through either of the following methods:
Option A: From Manage Plots (Non-Interactive)
- Navigate to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
- Use the filters to find your desired plot or flat.
- In the Status column, click on “View Booking”.
- This will redirect you to the Booking Summary Page.
Option B: From Interactive Digital Layouts
- Go to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk - Projects.
- Select the desired project.
- You’ll be redirected to the Back Office Interactive Layout.
- Click on the preferred Block or Flat.
- A Booking ID will be displayed—click on it to open the Booking Summary Page.
Deleting a Booking
You can delete or cancel a booking directly from the Booking Summary Page.
Options for Deleting a Booking
In the top-right corner of the Booking Summary Page, you will see options to manage booking deletion:
- Remove Booking: Permanently deletes the booking record from the system.
- Cancel or Refund Booking:
- Click this button, then select the Cancel or Refund tab as appropriate.
- This action removes the booking and automatically adds a corresponding record to the Refunds section.
Viewing and Managing Refund Records
To track or manage refund entries:
- Navigate to Refunds and Cancellations > Manage Refunds and Cancellations from the sidebar.
- Here, you can view, filter, and manage all refund and cancellation records.
- You can also manually create a refund entry if needed.
