Navigating to a Booking Record

You can access the Booking Summary Page through either of the following methods:

Option A: From Manage Plots (Non-Interactive)

1. Navigate to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
2. Use the filters to find your desired plot or flat.
3. In the Status column, click on “View Booking”.
4. This will redirect you to the Booking Summary Page.

Option B: From Interactive Digital Layouts

1. Go to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk - Projects.
2. Select the desired project.
3. You’ll be redirected to the Back Office Interactive Layout.
4. Click on the preferred Block or Flat.
5. A Booking ID will be displayed—click on it to open the Booking Summary Page.

Viewing and Managing Booking-Linked Loans

This section is designed for internal use to track loans associated with a booking. These loans do not affect the customer’s installment schedule and are typically used for internal tracking purposes—such as commissions received from banks or facilitating partner loans.

Managing Linked Loans in the Booking Summary Page

Within the Booking Summary Page, scroll down to the Linked Loans table:

• + Add Loan: Link a loan to the current booking for internal tracking.
• Edit Icon: Update or remove an existing linked loan entry.

Viewing and Downloading All Loans

To view and manage loans across all bookings:

1. Navigate to Loan Management > Loans from the sidebar.
2. Use available filters to search and refine loan records.
3. Click Download Excel Report to export loan data for internal review or reporting.

Managing Loan Documents

To view or download documents related to loans:

• Go to Loan Management > Loan Documents.
• Use filters as needed and download relevant files for record-keeping or reference.

Adding a New Loan

You can also create a new loan independently of a booking:

• Navigate to Loan Management > Loans > + Add Loan.
