Record and manage any backend expenses related to individual bookings. This ensures a complete financial overview for better cost management and profitability analysis.
Navigating to a Booking Record
You can access the Booking Summary Page through either of the following methods:
Option A: From Manage Plots (Non-Interactive)
- Navigate to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
- Use the filters to find your desired plot or flat.
- In the Status column, click on “View Booking”.
- This will redirect you to the Booking Summary Page.
Option B: From Interactive Digital Layouts
- Go to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk - Projects.
- Select the desired project.
- You’ll be redirected to the Back Office Interactive Layout.
- Click on the preferred Block or Flat.
- A Booking ID will be displayed—click on it to open the Booking Summary Page.
Viewing and Updating Booking-Related Expenses
Booking-Related Expenses are costs incurred by your team in connection with a specific booking. These may include legal, marketing, or operational expenses related to the booking.
Managing Expenses in the Booking Summary Page
Within the Booking Summary Page, locate the Booking Related Expenses table to:
- + Add Expense: Record a new expense entry related to the booking.
- Edit Icon: Update or delete an existing expense record.
These entries are for internal tracking and do not affect the customer-facing booking amount.
Viewing and Downloading All Booking Expenses
To access and manage all expenses across bookings:
- Navigate to Bookings Management > Booking Expenses from the sidebar.
- Use filters to locate specific expense records.
- Click Download Excel Report to export the data for reporting or analysis
