Manage different booking stages such as Tentative, Provisional, Confirmed, and Sold. This helps track the booking lifecycle and improves visibility for your sales and accounts teams.
Viewing and Downloading Bookings
To view and export booking records:
- Navigate to Bookings Management > Manage Bookings.
- You will see a list of all bookings in the system.
- Use the available filters to narrow down the results based on your criteria.
- To download booking data, click the “Download Excel Report” button.
Updating Token Information for a Booking
To update token details for a specific booking:
- In Manage Bookings, filter and locate the booking you wish to update.
- Click the Edit icon to open the Booking Summary Page.
- In the top-right corner, click the “Token” button.
- Make the necessary changes and click Apply to save.
Updating the Booking Stage
To update the stage of a booking:
- From Manage Bookings, filter and locate the desired booking.
- Click the Edit icon to open the Booking Summary Page.
- Click the “Stage” button in the top-right corner.
- Make the required changes and click Apply to update.
