Set up reminders for critical milestones like approvals etc. You can also define custom stages to track project progress from planning to completion.
The Project Reminders / Tasks / Stages feature allows you to track various tasks, approvals, or progress stages related to an entire project. It’s useful for maintaining internal workflows, setting reminders, and monitoring project-level activities.
Adding or Editing Project Reminders / Tasks / Stages
To add or update project-level tasks or reminders:
- Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
- In the project list, click on the Dashboard button for the desired project.
- Scroll down to the Project Reminders / Tasks / Stages section.
- Click +Add Reminder / Task / Stage to add a new entry.
- To edit an existing record, click Edit next to the respective entry.
Downloading Project Reminders / Tasks / Stages
To view or download all reminders, tasks, or stages:
- Navigate to Manage Projects > View Project Reminders / Stages.
- Apply filters as needed to view specific records.
- Click on Download Excel Report to export the data.
